- Dynamic individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills<5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
- CPR and AED certification preferred, but will provide<5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
- Certification from nationally-recognized fitness accreditation agency <5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
- Able to teach multiple formats(gentle yoga, dance, etc) targeting older adults preferred<5c pan=""><5c i="">\n<5c l="">\n
\nResponsibilities include but not limited to<5c pan=""><5c trong=""><5c>\n- \n
- Meet and greet the members with enthusiasm<5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
- Design class format appropriate for type of class and participants<5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
- Serve as a good role model<5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
- Communicate with team members <5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
- Address difficult situations by using the YMCA Character Values as a guide<5c pan=""><5c i="">\n<5c l="">
- Design class format appropriate for type of class and participants<5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
