- Assist as needed with greeting visitors/check-in process
- Assist visitors in the reception area as needed
- Assist with tasks related to preparing reception are/items for visitors
- Assist with clerical tasks
- Assist in daily admissions operations tasks
- Assist with additional tasks as needed
- Minimum Qualifications
- Must have excellent communication skills and cheerful disposition
- Must desire to meet and interact with the public/Admissions visitors and present positive image of BGSU
- Must have attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Must be dependable
- Must be able to prioritize and organize tasks while maintaining a tidy workspace
- Required to work Saturday Preview Days and Presidents' Day Open House events, as needed
- Additionally must be available to work at least one Saturday per semester in Admissions
- Required to have 8-10 hours available to work per week
- Business casual dress code required
- Summer availability preferred
