Job Description

- Manage multifamily construction projects from planning to turnover

- Oversee schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and site teams

- Partner with design, development, and field leadership to drive outcomes

- Ensure quality, safety, and compliance across all phases of work

- Report progress, risks, and milestones to senior construction leaders

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

- 5 years of experience managing multifamily construction projects

- Background in wood-frame, podium, or garden-style developments

- Proven ownership of schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination

- Strong communication style suited to fast-paced, in-office collaboration

- Willingness to be in the Cleveland office and on site regularly

Salary range: $120,000-$160,000 base performance bonus

- Up to 20% bonus paid quarterly based on project results

- Car allowance and monthly cell stipend
