The Program Coordinator for Advanced Manufacturing serves as the central connector across program execution, student data systems, employer engagement, and the submission of reporting required for funding compliance. This role supports the development and delivery of noncredit accelerated training programming models, with a strong emphasis on program execution, employer-student engagement, and guiding students through their programmatic journey. The Program Coordinator helps ensure operational alignment across both open-enrollment and contractually funded B2B training offerings, including workforce programs, apprenticeships, and related initiatives.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS


Program Coordination, Implementation & Maintenance

  • Supports the coordination, implementation and execution of Advanced Technology and Manufacturing training programs within the Office of Talent Strategy.
  • Contributes to a wide range of program activities that support successful launch, delivery, and continuous operation, such as recruitment-related processes, work verification, onboarding, orientation, program setup, and student support.
  • Helps ensure programs are organized and prepared for implementation, including coordination of materials, supplies, printed content, and other resources across programs, cohorts, and training locations.
  • Supports students in navigating program processes, including transitions from noncredit to credit pathways where applicable, and assists with the administration of participant surveys and feedback collection to inform leadership and program improvement.
  • Works to ensure programs operate effectively and in alignment with funding requirements, operational needs, and student success goals.


Employer Coordination & Engagement

  • Supports the coordination and execution of employer engagement activities connected to Advanced Technology and Manufacturing programming.
  • Assists with employer tours, networking opportunities, interview and hiring events, guest speaker coordination, employer-facing activities, and internal and external stakeholder communications related to program cohorts and partnerships.

  • College and division strategies, priorities, and relationship management practices.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Supports student data oversight and coordination across multiple College systems and program structures connected to Advanced Technology Center programming, including but not limited to Workday, Lifelong Learning, Workforce Pell, and Department of Labor-related processes.
  • Contributes to the accurate and timely tracking of student participation and outcomes, including work authorization, enrollment, persistence, completion, credential attainment, and credit articulation, all of which support funding alignment, compliance, reimbursement, and reporting needs.
  • May support assessment and placement-related processes, such as coordinating exam logistics, assisting with scheduling, maintaining documentation, and ensuring records are entered appropriately within College systems. Promotes data integrity, cross-system visibility, and informed decision-making while reducing operational and compliance risk..

Student Cohort Management

  • Supports student cohorts from launch through completion, maintaining regular communication with students and instructors and helping address questions, issues, or operational needs that arise throughout program delivery.
  • Contributes to the coordination of schedules, space, equipment, and other logistical needs across multiple training sites, while helping ensure overlapping and simultaneous cohorts remain aligned to timelines, capacity, and operational constraints.
  • May prepare and share regular updates tied to program and contract expectations. Helps strengthen program execution, support revenue-generating partnerships, and ensure deliverables are met in alignment with operational and contractual commitments.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree in a related field.
  • One (1) year of experience in successfully executing programs or activities, with demonstrable experience working collaboratively with various audiences or organizations.

  • State Motor Vehicle Operator's License or demonstrable ability to gain access to work site(s).
