Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM | Monday - Friday

- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software

What Your Day Looks Like
- Respond to incoming calls and emails from residents, landlords, and applicants.
- Provide accurate information about housing programs, eligibility, and application processes.
- Assist with troubleshooting issues related to housing applications or accounts.
- Record and update customer interactions in the database.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex inquiries.
