Purpose of Position

The Training Instructional Designer will curate and design learning solutions that align with the needs of the NetJets Flight Operations Department. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in the adult workforce and education methodology, emphasizing performance-based learning. The Training Instructional Designers primary focus will be to assist stakeholders with moving training concepts into released courseware.

Tasks and Responsibilities

- 2-4 years work experience as an Instructional Designer, familiarity with instructional design software; Articulate Rise, Storyline, PowerPoint, also enjoys delivering instructor-led training.

- Able to apply an instructional design model from start to finish. Comfortable with fast-paced environments, adjusting to project feedback, timelines, and changing priorities.

- Skilled in the Adobe Creative Suite, primarily, but not limited to, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.
