Job Description
- Direct all on-site construction activities from mobilisation to close-out
- Run daily huddles, pull planning, and coordination meetings
- Lead field engineers and trade partners across shared campus work
- Coordinate closely with owners, designers, and safety teams
- Manage schedule impacts, changes, quality, and site risk

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have:
- 4 years' experience as a Superintendent or equivalent
- Background in data centres, industrial, or complex commercial builds
- Strong MEP and electrical coordination capability
- Clear, decisive communicator in fast-paced environments
- Safety-driven leader who builds trust on site
