Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, 7am to 5pm

Salary: $85,000 to $95,000 (depending on experience)

Location: Dayton, Ohio 45404

The Opportunity

As a Process Engineer, you will be the bridge between customer requirements and real-world aerospace solutions. You will act as a project manager for new parts, collaborating with cross-functional teams—including skilled CNC machinists, Quality, and Purchasing—to ensure every "Made in the U.S.A." component meets our rigorous standards for quality and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quotation & Planning: Develop detailed manufacturing quotations and First Article requirements based on customer specifications.

  • ERP Management: Utilize JobBOSS to create detailed process routers, internal drawings, and cost estimates.

  • Project Leadership: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, interfacing with customer engineering and purchasing departments.

  • Vendor Coordination: Work with Purchasing to verify outside vendor costs and ensure estimate accuracy.

What You Bring
  • Experience: At least 5 years of job-related experience in an aerospace supplier environment.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD, MS Office, and a solid understanding of mechanical, chemical, and electrical engineering principles.

  • Education: A B.S. degree in an engineering field is preferred.

  • Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen.
