Position: Entry-Level Resume Scheduler
Location: Lakewood Office (In-office only)
Pay: $14.00 plus commission
Schedule: 8-hour shift between 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, no weekends
Employment Type: Direct Hire Opportunity

- Screen resumes to identify top candidates
- Follow up with applicants via phone or email to review their background, answer questions, and schedule interviews
- Manage high-volume job applications efficiently
- Recruit candidates for administrative, light industrial, skilled trades, and professional roles
- Send marketing emails to applicants of current job openings
