Job Purpose
This role supports Sales and Operations performance management by producing Business Review Meeting reporting packages, developing business insights and leadership narratives, improving reporting and planning processes through standardization and automation, and monitoring accounts receivable risk trends. The role partners closely with Sales, Operations, and Accounting to improve visibility to performance drivers and support timely corrective actions.
Key Accountabilities
2022 Prepare recurring Business Review Meeting reporting packages including KPIs, variance and trend analysis, and supporting exhibits
2022 Validate data integrity, reconcile variances to source data, and maintain standardized definitions and templates
2022 Develop insights and narratives for leadership reviews translating data into key drivers, risks, and actionable recommendations
2022 Build leadership ready presentations and reporting materials
2022 Identify opportunities to standardize and streamline reporting and analytics processes
2022 Develop and maintain automation workflows using tools such as Alteryx
2022 Maintain process documentation and ensure consistency in reporting routines
2022 Monitor accounts receivable aging, delinquency trends, and movement analysis
2022 Provide dashboards and deep dive analysis to Sales and Operations teams
2022 Identify and prioritize accounts requiring follow up and coordinate with Accounting on dunning activities
2022 Support forecast and budget activities including consolidating inputs and preparing variance explanations
2022 Assist with scenario analysis and planning activities under guidance
2022 Support pricing and margin analysis as capabilities evolve
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
Minimum Education
Bachelor 2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field or equivalent experience
Experience
1 to 3 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, planning, forecasting, or related finance roles
Skills
2022 Strong analytical skills including variance analysis, trend analysis, KPI development, and data validation
2022 Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
2022 Experience with ERP and planning tools such as SAP and BPC preferred
2022 Exposure to automation and data tools such as Alteryx or willingness to learn
2022 Ability to translate data into clear insights and business recommendations
2022 Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
