    • Deliver exceptional customer and donor service at every interaction<5c i="">\n
    • Operate the POS system, handle transactions, and maintain accurate cash records<5c i="">\n
    • Support programs such as Round Up and Good Points<5c i="">\n
    • Stock, rotate, and merchandise sales floor inventory<5c i="">\n
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment<5c i="">\n
    • Assist with training new team members<5c i="">\n
    • Follow all agency policies, safety, and security procedures<5c i="">\n
    • End every transaction with a positive message: \"You changed a life today-thank you!\"<5c m=""><5c i="">\n<5c l="">\n

      What We're Looking For<5c trong=""><5c>\n

      • Strong customer service and communication skills<5c i="">\n
      • Basic math skills and comfort handling cash<5c i="">\n
      • Prior retail experience preferred, but not required<5c i="">\n
      • Ability to identify quality, color tones, and merchandise categories<5c i="">\n
      • Experience with POS systems and basic computer skills a plus<5c i="">\n<5c l="">\n
