POSITION:
- District Student Academic Success Director
- Niles McKinley High School
- 216 day contract, 8 hours per day
- Salary and fringe benefits as per the administrative salary schedule
DESCRIPTION:
- Social-emotional learning interventions and other social/behavioral skills-well-rounded opportunities, school dropout, which aligns with District (specifically Niles McKinley High School\"s building) goals, strategies, and action plans. Creating and implementing programs that are geared to improving student retention, graduation rates, and overall academic achievement. This position serves as a bridge between academic affairs and student services, ensuring students have the support they need to navigate their educational journey.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Licensed Social Worker, State of Ohio
- Appropriate State of Ohio certifications/license
- Master\"s in Administration
- Alternative Administrative Specialist License
- Pupil Services License
- Five to ten years of previous experience required
- PBIS Master Trainer
- Certified Trauma Practitioner in Education
- BCI/FBI Background Checks
- Successful Drug Screen
