Job Summary:

As the Inpatient Pharmacy Manager, you work with staff to ensure appropriate training, compliance with regulatory standards and with ProMedica standards and policies.

You coordinate staff schedules, daily assignments, and operational changes with staff pharmacists and technicians.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Pharm D degree
  • 5 years hospital pharmacy experience
  • Registered Pharmacist, licensed in good standing in the state of practice or license eligible

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

  • Advanced degree (Masters in business or health care related field)
  • BLS
