A well-established company in Vandalia is looking for dependable Warehouse Associates to support daily shipping, receiving, and inventory operations. This is a hands-on role in a clean, organized, and fast-paced environment.
Candidates must have at least 1 year of recent, verifiable forklift experience and a valid driver’s license.
Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments
Store materials and maintain organized warehouse areas
Pick, pack, wrap, and prepare orders for shipment
Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
Perform inventory counts and accuracy audits
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Report discrepancies or damaged goods
Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members
Required:
1 year of recent, verifiable forklift experience
Valid driver’s license
Prior warehouse/shipping/receiving/inventory experience
Ability to lift and move materials safely
Basic computer or warehouse system knowledge
Strong attention to detail and time management
Preferred:
Experience in fast-paced manufacturing or distribution
Familiarity with Lean or 5S practices
Experience with ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
International shipping documentation experience
Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
