This role ensures a steady flow of materials through binding and pressing equipment while maintaining high safety and quality standards. & What You’ll Do Operate stackers and robots to collect, organize, and prepare book sections for the next stage of production. Secure gathered book sections with straps to ensure they remain intact during transport and processing. Feed materials into binding machines and move finished products from the production line to skids or boxes. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols to support our goal of zero accidents. Collaborate with your team to meet daily production goals and cross-train in different roles to expand your skills. & What You’ll Need to Succeed Physical Stamina: The ability to stand for the duration of an 8-hour shift, wear required PPE and lift up to 50 pounds regularly in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
